We are in the final stage of preparation for the big day. Needless to say things are a little crazy around here. We are finishing the final steps to mount the solar panels. We think that this will really help with our energy consumption. Don't forget the BBQ on the 14th. Bring a towel and a blanket to take over to Jetty Island. It should be most fun and hopefully a warm day. We will have the boat at the guest dock so that you can see what we have done to her to get ready to cut the dock line. It is hard to believe that we are really going. A little scary too! We will have internet access so I will be posting more regularly. The trip down to San Francisco will take between 5 and 7 days. It will be our first sail offshore and plan to be between 50 and 100 miles out.

ReplyDeleteWe are terribly sorry that we cannot come to the BBQ we will be in Seaside, OR for our yearly vacation. Thank you Jim for being a great boss and an incredible mentor.
